When looking at these artists' work, I am more interested in the representation of the flowers and not the contextual meaning, since I am primarily interested in their forms; since I am not focusing on the contextual meaning of my work yet.

Georgia O'Keefe's flower artwork contradicts the notion of feminism: female gender and beauty. The use of the medium in her work represents the beauty of the flowers itself is one of my interests in the work.

Anita Nowinska's work is inspired by nature and beauty, having a sheer awe and being sensuous.
Her work is quite striking with the colours and detail, at first glance it looks like it is computer manipulated but is tonal.

Kate Steele is a floral artist who specializes in oil painting and printmaking. She portrays flowers being true to the subject and capturing its character.
Her work is what I want mine to be, in terms of my drawings, having them being represented as their own character and distinction between the different flowers. Certain characteristics that distinguish themselves from the others. Her work is very interesting for me to look into and see how I can use this in my work.
